Denise Bly, Practice Manager

Denise Bly joined REVH in 2013 as the Practice Manager. She has over twelve years of experience in the veterinary field and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She has a special interest in fostering and caring for abandoned kittens.

Denise shares her home with her husband and two children. In addition, she lives with Barkley – a Catahoula mix, and three cats – Osceola, Roush and Candy. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hanging out by the pool, and spending time with family.


Gabriella, Lead Customer Service Representative/ Technician Assistant

Gabriella joined REVH in October 2021 with 2 years of previous experience in a general practice hospital. She started out as a technician assistant, but quickly expanded her horizons to also work as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and manage our social media. In January 2023 she was promoted to Lead CSR


Kelly, Customer Service Representative

Kelly joined REVH in January 2017. She has been in the animal field since 2005 when she started volunteering at MSPCA then went to work for two general practices. She graduated North Shore Community College in 2012 and received an Associates Degree in Animal Care.

Kelly lives with her boyfriend Grant and their dog Hercules, cats- Max and Declan and rabbit- Darla. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with family.


Jessica, Customer Service Representative

Jessica joined the REVH team in 2018 with over 10 years of veterinary client care experience. Her outgoing personality gives her the ability to convey warmth, provide critical information and help you remain calm in any situation. Her favorite part of her job at REVH is having the opportunity to be an advocate for our clients and a voice for their pets.

Jessica moved from Massachusetts to New Hampshire just last year with her 8-year-old Boxer named Laila. In her free time, she enjoys camping, photography, karaoke and working on her new home.


Leeann, Customer Service Representative

Leeann is a middle school English teacher who joined the REVH family during the Summer break of 2019. Before receiving her degree and license to teach English over 15 years ago, she worked at an emergency veterinary hospital as a receptionist. Though teaching is her passion, Leeann says that she has missed her job in emergency veterinary medicine. She loves caring for the clients and their animals when they need someone the most and is happy to spend her weekends and summer helping our clients!

When she is not teaching middle school or chatting with clients, Leeann can be found cuddling with her dog Stewart and reading a good book!


Sam, Customer Service Representative

Sam has always had a love for medicine, and she is currently working towards a degree in bioengineering. Before joining the emergency veterinary world Sam worked with people with development disabilities, and with over 5 years experience in that field she enjoys being an advocate for those who do not have a voice, whether it be animals or people.

In her spare time Sam enjoys being with her two fur babies named Zeek and Oscar. If she is not spoiling them, she is spending time with family and friends.


Kenzie, Customer Service Representative

Kenzie is currently in her senior year at The University of Massachusetts Lowell and plans to graduate in the spring with a bachelors degree in public health with a minor in psychology.

She always knew that she was interested in the medical field and had a passion for animals. It wasn’t until recently that she decided to fulfill that passion.

Kenzie has 2 cats, Jasper and Charlie, 2 hamsters, Chester and Willow, and a chinchilla, Marlo. When she’s not spoiling her pets she enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing board games.
